Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Gentle Next Android app, operated by Mark Anthony Sabandal. A parent or legal guardian should review and accept them for any child who uses the app.

Using Gentle Next

Gentle Next is a parent-curated viewing tool. You may use it for personal, lawful, non-commercial family use. The parent or guardian configuring the app is responsible for choosing suitable videos, supervising use, securing Parent mode, and maintaining the Android device.

YouTube services and third-party terms

Gentle Next uses YouTube API Services and an embedded YouTube player. Use of YouTube features is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube may change video availability, restrictions, advertising, or service behavior. Mark Anthony Sabandal does not host the videos or control YouTube content and advertising.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, bypass YouTube controls, copy or redistribute content in violation of applicable rights, or use Gentle Next in a way that violates law or third-party terms.

Availability and changes

The app is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change as Android, Google Play, YouTube, or product requirements evolve. Mark Anthony Sabandal may suspend or discontinue the app, or restrict access where needed for security, legal, or policy reasons.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Gentle Next is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Mark Anthony Sabandal is not responsible for third-party content, YouTube availability, device or network failures, or choices made by a parent about approved content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow to be limited.

Privacy

The Gentle Next Privacy Policy explains how the app handles local family data and requests involving Google and YouTube.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated in the app. Continued use after a change takes effect means the updated terms apply, subject to applicable law.
